Executive Search
Executive search is a research driven process we use to identify and assess candidates for senior legal roles in-house
and in private practice.
We use this process in partner and special counsel searches for leading law firms, general counsel and company secretary
searches for listed and private companies, and in managing director and director level searches for investment banks,
retail and commercial banks, hedge funds and financial services companies.
Legal Recruitment
We recruit lawyers with five or more years post admission experience (i.e. 5+ years PAE in NSW or 3+ years PQE in
England & Wales or Hong Kong) for mid to senior legal roles in-house and in private practice.
We aim to quickly bring high calibre candidates to our clients' attention for senior associate roles in law firms and
for corporate lawyer, legal counsel, senior legal counsel and legal manager roles in-house.
Legal Function Review
We have experience in reviewing the function of small in-house legal teams and preparing reports and recommendations
for management. The legal function review is particularly useful in circumstances where team expansion or contraction
is anticipated or where an independent third-party assessment of the legal function is required.
